Currently under development: A patented utilitarian device in the nautical field for use in yacht repair and service center yards and by individual sailboat owners. The device improves efficiency in both the repair of sailboats and use. Test yachts have substantiated significant improvement in sailboat race results and general maintenance cost reduction.
Other logical devices in incubator stages are focused in the medical field, with the targeted area of impacting the lives of up to 200 million people with personal health challenges, broken or fractured bones, and other physical ailments.
Founder, CEO - Mr. “DG” Tilton
Raised in a family business, following a heritage of engineers and general contractors (brothers, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncles) instilled a work ethic and perseverance to succeed. Gaining talent as heavy equipment operator and construction management from the ground up. There is no problem or dilemma, no mechanical failure, no architectural design challenge, that DG’s intuition, knowledge, skills and talents cannot untangle, resolve, or shed new light upon.
He received a full Fine Arts Scholarship including the Pell Grant for his higher education, This was obtained simultaneously at Columbia and Stephens College and Missouri University. He majored in Communications and Political Science; with a focus on Bachelor of Arts Independent Studies (BAIS).
“DG”, inventionist and founder, has incubated ideas used in product development by the clients for a number of years. After 2 years in London in the field of international TV & Film distribution he returned to the US with talents in broadcast and film production,editing and world wide distribution. This led to special project film production for US military of massive computer installations and documentation in Defense Logistic Agency under DOD for Falcon Systems.
He initially started RFI as a sole proprietorship in 2010. Involving project management, including the design of specialized tools, equipment, and processes. Then moved into marine industry and invented labor and safety device, reducing cost and down time.
CFO- Joanne Arnett
Joanne has had a long career in finance, business and tax advisory services primarily to closely-held businesses and their owners. Starting her career in financial management, she became a Certified Public Accountant in California and focused on international tax advisory services working in Hong Kong, San Diego, San Francisco and London for Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse.
Departing from public accounting, she then held executive positions at McKesson Corporation (medical supply and services), and Lucasfilm Inc. (entertainment). She worked with clients in a wide range of businesses including scientific instrument development, retail, real estate, medical products and services, and entertainment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
